Netball World Cup 2019
Be there to support our Silver Ferns in their bid to win that gold medal at the next Netball World Cup.

Netball World Cup Event
History
History The first Netball World Cup was hosted in England in 1963, being held every 4 years since. Australia and New Zealand have dominated the past 13 tournaments, with Australia victorious 11 times and New Zealand 4 times (they shared the title in 1979). The Australian Diamonds are the current World Cup champions, winning a very close fought final 58-55 against the Silver Ferns in Sydney in 2015.
2015 Tournament
2015 Tournament The 2015 tournament in Sydney was played at Olympic Park (17km from Sydney CBD) between Friday 07 and Sunday 16 August. Sixteen (16) teams will competed for the World title, being the top 6 ranked INF teams (New Zealand, Australia, England, Jamaica, Malawi and South Africa), joined by 10 qualifying teams (2 from each of Europe, Oceania, the Americas, Asia and Africa).

The NWC2015 draw has just been released. Click here for the full draw There will be 64 games played over 10 days with each team playing 8 games and having 2 rest days throughout the 10 day tournament window.
The new format for the competetion was a hit with outstanding games all through the tournament, it is expected the same format will be followed in 2019.

What deposit is due at time of booking?
A deposit will be due at time of booking followed by another two - three deposit rounds depending on the package you are purchasing.
Do you have any match tickets for sale without flights and/or accommodation?
No we don’t, Sport by BCD Travel are not a ticketing agent for events and as such will always sell tickets as part of a travel package. Package options will be dictated by the conditions of the event. Historically we have been able to provide 'Accommodation and Match Ticket’, with the option to add flights, and ‘Flight and Match Ticket’. Special conditions may apply to the flight and ticket combination.
Can we confirm our exact seats in the stadium?
Event organisers will block book tickets for OTA’s. Whilst we cannot guarantee any specific seating, we will certainly note and lodge your request at the time of booking.
We are travelling as a group; can you guarantee we will be seated together?
We are hopeful all Sport by BCD Travel customers will be seated as a block (with the specific ticket categories, e.g. Gold, Platinum etc.). We will certainly be requesting that and expect to be successful! If booking together at once time you will be seated as a group with your friends.
Once we confirm our package, can we add additional travel and upgrade our tickets at a later stage?
Absolutely, we will be keeping you informed of opportunities as they come to hand. If you change your mind and wish to extend your travel, add new services, upgrade your tickets etc., we will do all possible. These will be subject to availability at time of booking though.
Is my booking confirmed once I make the deposit and submit the online booking form?
You booking is confirmed once our team confirm arrangements back to you in writing. If we are unable to immediately confirm all or part of your package, our team will be in touch to discuss alternatives and next steps.
What if only some members of our group wish to attend the Netball games?
All possible, we will just deduct the ticket price from their package when confirming.
